That thread brought back a lot of memories of various trips, some with kids and some without. The only one of your list of countries that I can check off is Canada, but I can add Puerto Rico, Aruba, England, Italy and Morocco to the list of other countries.
There are too many for me to list, there is nowhere in Europe that I have not landed my feet on. I can't say anything in or around Asia. I guess it would be easier for me to list the worst places. Somalia was for sure the worst, but Iraq, Serbia, and Syria not far behind. Most of those trips were free airfare curiosity of Uncle Sam. Let's just say I really don't like sandy beaches anymore either.
