Anyone else have issues using a hotmail.com address?

My account is still set to use the hotmail.com address, but if I don't receive any notices I'll change to my gmail.com address (which I know I will receive).

Emails to that hotmail address will not be frequent anyway...most forum announcements are made on the site subforum...

I like getting the notices of new posts in the forums, and if I can't receive them to the Hotmail address, I should be able to change to the Gmail.com address - which does work, I was using it before - just preferred to use the Hotmail address.

Point being I would rather receive the new forum message notices to my Gmail address than never receive them to my Hotmail address...
