I am getting back into shooting after not firing a gun since 1995 . Been playing Golf instead , but joined an indoor range here in Wichita KS a few weeks ago , and am going to try my hand at IDPA for winter fun when I get a bit ore comfortable with shooting again . I just bought my wife a New Browning 1911 22 A1 with the pink grips today and she is having a ball shooting it !!! Just wish it had better sites though !! As I see the slides are different from the stock pistols to the Limited editions as they have dove tales rear AND front unlike my wifes . I guess she is just going to paint the front site as I have looked everywhere and can not find any High Viz replacement sites for her gun . Only other thing to do is Call Browning and see how much a limited slide is with the better sites ??? Oh well She like it anyway !!
