Hello all, I'm a semi auto rifle man. Why use a bolt, this is the 21st century. Kidding, I have awesome bolt guns but I'm here because I'm the proud owner of a factory camo 300WM BAR Lightweight Stalker AND a 338WM BAR Lightweight Stalker! Got a cow elk with the 338 this year. Both have 3-9 conquest with #4 reticle. I also have two hi powers, one an Israeli mkiii, and a mixmaster with a factory chromed lower and a mkii upper, both have Novak sights, mag safety removed, one navidrex and one hogue extreme aluminum. I really enjoy all four. Got 1911s too, those are Brownings right?
I'll post pics some day. Thought I would also add that I am a professional mechanical engineer, I became one to design firearms, tried to get a job at browning after college, no luck and never got into the Industry but never lost the love for it. Nice to see a forum devoted to the best semi auto big game rifles on the planet, so thanks for that.
