I have a Browning A-Bolt stainless with a wood monte carlo type stock. The last 5 digits in the serial number are MV344. I think the MV stands for the year 2005 but can't find what the 344 stands for.
Welcome to the Browning Owners Community kbfire!! MV stands for 05, which is there standard convention for most of there rifles. 344 doesn't seem to match up though. Did you buy this gun new? And does it look all original? BTK
