It was a double rail and Browning proofed. The serial number on the plunger was a low four digit.

What is interesting is it appears just the trigger was replaced, the housing is serial numbered to the gun.
Looks like the trigger may have been replaced at some time. Believe the 1903 model had a strait one.[IMG]

According to the serial number it was built in 1903. Serial number range 1 - 4121.
