I was sort of hoping there would be a sub forum dedicated to the care and feeding of the C&R old timer Brownings. I have a FN 1922, Dutch military, about 1936-7, that I just acquired at a Reno gun show. I had to do a little work before I felt comfortable shooting it; replaced a cut off recoil spring, and new firing pin spring. It is 9mm Kurz. It shot very respectable groups, but had a rather long, gritty trigger pull. Any ideas on how to improve on that?
Attempt to post pic unsuccessful. File was too big.
