Rifles in the movies

    Of course the first one for me would be Quigley Down under with his 45-110 Sharps with Tom Selleck.
    Second for me would be Winchester 73 in 44-40 staring Jimmy Stewart.
    Third would have to be Sargent York's 1917 303 Enfield staring Gary Cooper
    I should let the rest of you chime in but have to mention the Tom Horn movie with his 45-60 Winchester.
    I know there are many others like "Sniper" with Tom Berenger and "Shooter" with Mark Whalberg but will leave that to you.

    The M1917 was .30 ‘06. The British P14 was a .303.
