I just purchased Browning X-Bolt Stalker Stainless Steel (22in barrel). I am Dan from Seattle and this is my first Browning rifle in my collection of bolt and lever action rifles and revolvers. The rifle has Vortex Viper HS-T scope installed. I purchased the rifle and scope used, but they are only 8 months old and the rifle has never been fired. I purchased it from a co-worker. Unfortunately, I noticed that the bore of the rifle (muzzle area) already developed a couple of very fine thin rust spots, and I will post a question in another tread and ask for advise from Browning users.
