1911-380 finish is in awful condition.
I'd like to redo it in something reminiscent of the finish on a T-series hiPower.
    Any suggestions?

    Cerakote would be my choice.

Me too, but I've never seen a Cerakote that matches the T-series blue.

My guy has lots of colors and even does custom colors. I had some barrels done in midnight. It looks really close to bluing. Just no rust, fingerprints or anything. I bet they could get a very close match.

Funny you should ask. This is a small town gunsmith. The name of the business is Mack daddy’s guns and cigars. He is a straight shooter. Old school cat. Not sure he would do the work but you can give him a shout.
