The FN Browning Trombone is a pump-action take down rifle designed by John Moses Browning in 1919, patented on 1 August 1922 and manufactured by Fabrique Nationale d'Herstal in Belgium between 1922 to 1974. About 150,000 were made. It is also know that serial numbers had no "product code" {W} prior to 1969. * There are no known serial number records for the earlier produced rifles * Location of your guns serial number... I'm not sure.
