    Hi Folks,
Yesterday I added a mark II Safari grade in .270 Weatherby to my safe. The purchase included two boxes each of 130 and 150 grain spire point factory ammo. After spending some time at the range, the gun patterns fairly well with both. On a cold bore with both the pattern was just over 1"@100yds, so not terrible.
This gun will be used primarily for northern Wisconsin white tail. I'm looking for some feedback from others experiences on both of these grain sizes and the performance to expect on game.
The 150s patterned a touch tighter. The range this gun will see is 50-250 yds.

    Thanks,

    Joe
