Winchester 70- any idea what it is?

My friend has a Winchester Model 70 chambered in .300 Weatherby Mag. While it is a beautiful rifle, I am not exactly sure what it is. I do not believe it is a Super Grade (lack of stamping in the bottom metal), but the stock is beautifully engraved, with a Monte Carlo high comb buttstock, and a gold trimmed ebony forecap. Any thoughts? 20170510_203300__1494513953_67011__1494513953_89870.jpg 20170510_203304__1494514000_66177__1494514000_90673.jpg 20170510_203308__1494514043_80106__1494514043_21733.jpg 20170510_203317__1494514089_79497__1494514089_14051.jpg 20170510_203320__1494514136_19906__1494514136_55715.jpg 20170510_203335_Burst01__1494514185_50290.jpg 20170510_203345__1494514244_51474__1494514244_81761.jpg

  4. I've never seen a stock like that on a factory rifle.

Me neither, and that is what is throwing me through a loop.

The black fore end on Winchester Super Grade rifles was straight cut, not angled.

CDNN was selling Model 70 Super Grade stocks for 375 H&H and bigger last week.
